#BartowCares4U COMFORT
How do you like for people to show you compassion?
We all have a relational need for comfort, but we also have unique and personal ways we like for others to show it.
Which of the actions below are most important to you?
• Notice when I am sad, anxious, frustrated, or emotionally down.
• Respond to me when I am hurting with (an appropriate physical gesture) a hug, or hand on my shoulder, or just sit with me and listen.

Ms. Moritz and her Engineering students enjoyed their fieldtrip to the Savoy Museum this week. They saw how the engineering design process is never ending and witnessed real life automotive / mechanical engineering products.
#BartowCares4U SECURITY
Becoming a security-giving person means we have to be intentional in every relationship. Choose one of the ideas below and live out this relational need!
• Make some fun weekend plans with your family and stick to them. At the end of the weekend, share these words: “I am trying to become more consistent in keeping commitments—and not change the plans. I really enjoyed hanging out together.”
• Tie a string around your finger and say these words: “I am working on remembering more and forgetting less of what’s important to you.”

#BartowCares4U SECURITY
Trustworthy and safe. These are two ways we can describe someone who meets our need for security. Which of the ideas below would mean the most to you?
• I never like to wonder about where a relationship stands. I want us to be open and honest; I need to know that we will both share our hearts and concerns.
• I value consistency in how others relate. I feel reassured when others are dependable, keep promises, and I can count on them.
