All our littles got to experience life on a farm as they traveled around the school grounds visiting Georgia agricultural animals, thanks to our amazing local community partners who brought their own animals and equipment to our campus for us all to enjoy!
A big thank you to:
Kevin and baby Blakeley from K&T Farms
The Bagwell family
Pettit Creek Farms
The Joslin family
Georgia Farm Bureau
Bartow County Master Gardeners
Learning about agriculture and animals is important for our elementary students because it helps them understand where their food comes from, the hard work of local farmers, and the role agriculture plays in Georgia’s economy and community. It connects classroom learning to real-world experiences and inspires appreciation for the people who help feed us every day.
We enjoyed having a special guest, Sharon Viktora, BCSS Board Member, who visited our AG Mobile and Animal Encounter.
We appreciate everyone who made this such a memorable learning experience for our students!
This 36-foot mobile classroom showcases Georgia agriculture on the road, visiting elementary schools and community organizations across the state. Inside, students explored seven different Georgia agricultural commodities through technology and digital learning.
The Georgia Ag Experience is a STEM-based program that invites students across Georgia to discover the vast opportunities in agriculture. It connects science, technology, and real-world farming in a way that brings learning to life for our students and helps them think about possible future careers in the agricultural field, from farming and animal science to technology and engineering.
A special shoutout to Gaines Beef for joining us with the Ag Mobile. They also partner with our School Nutrition team to provide fresh beef to our schools, and we are so grateful for their support.
We haven’t reached our fundraising goal yet, so we’re extending the deadline to next Monday, Sept. 22nd.
Funds raised support all students at White Elementary with extras like rewards, special programs, and classroom resources not covered by the school budget.

We are so proud to celebrate our amazing 4th and 5th grade students who scored a Level 3️⃣ or Level 4️⃣ on last year's Georgia Milestones Assessments!
As shared during our Milestones Pep Rally in April 2025:
🍨 Level 3 students are being celebrated with a delicious Ice Cream Sundae Party!
🍕🍨 Level 4 students are being celebrated with Pizza AND Ice Cream Sundaes!
Your hard work, determination, and commitment to learning have truly paid off. 💪📚
We couldn't be prouder of your accomplishments! 🏅
Keep striving for greatness, White Elementary Warriors — this is just the beginning of even more success ahead! 🚀💙💛
We’re excited about our Every Day Counts attendance initiative!
A reminder of how it works:
✨ Each day a class has perfect attendance; they earn a letter to spell out EVERY DAY COUNTS.
✨ The first class to complete the phrase wins a special celebration!
👏 Congratulations to Mrs. Clark’s, 4th Grade, for being the very first class to achieve this milestone! 🏆 They enjoyed a sweet Lollipop Party for their amazing effort. 🍭
Attendance is more than just being present—it’s about making every day count for learning and success. 🌟
📚 When your child is at school every day, it truly makes a difference!
