Happy Nurse's Day, Nurse Cronin! We are so thankful and lucky to have you at Emerson!

Our 2nd graders have been patiently waiting for the arrival of our EES chicks. Our 2nd graders placed fertilized eggs from local farms in an incubator almost three weeks ago. Students have monitored the incubator making sure that the temperature is stable and the humidity level is high. Students have also used special lights to look inside the eggs to watch the chicks develop. Now the watch is on. The chicks should begin hatching sometime in the next few days. Stay tuned for daily updates.
