
SUMMER HOURS - Beginning June 3rd, stop by WHS on Tuesdays or Wednesdays to pick up diplomas, transcripts, certificates of enrollment, or ADAP certificates.


Friday, May 24th is the last day of school. All students are dismissed at 12:30. Grab and Go lunches will be provided. Have a great summer, Wildcats!


WHS: Woodland's Class of 2024 Graduation Commencement Ceremony will be live-streamed. The link will be posted to the WHS Facebook page by noon on Monday, 5/20.
Remember to give yourself EXTRA TIME to arrive due to construction delays. Gates open at 6:00 PM.
Weather:
-PLEASE do not bring umbrellas to use in the stands, as they obstruct viewing for others and can pose a hazard.
-Please bring ponchos or rain jackets instead if rain appears likely.
-If lightning or HEAVY rainfall forces a delay in the start of the ceremony, we will push an announcement our on
our WHS Facebook Page and will start the event as soon as it is appropriate to do so.
-If nearby lightning or heavy rainfall forces a delay during the ceremony, we will pause, clear the stadium if
needed, and return to our event when we are safe to do so.
-In the highly unlikely event that we are unable to complete the ceremony on Monday evening, we will make the
ceremony up on Wednesday the 22nd at 8 p.m.

SENIOR INSPIRATION WALKS
Senior Inspiration Walks will be held at our feeder elementary and middle schools. Seniors should wear their graduation regalia and plan to arrive 10 minutes early to meet the counselor at the front entrance. Check the WHS website for updates for all other Bartow County Schools visits.

Senior Class of 2024: ATLgrad will be delivering Cap/Gown/Tassel ‘s and graduation items during lunch on Tuesday, March 19th. Here is the link where orders can be placed, and payments can be made. The announcements are still available to order so you can send out to friends and family. This year they ship directly to the student’s home, and they have the graduate’s name printed in with the commencement text. Seniors need a total of 200 documented service hours to earn a Georgia Community Service cord. Seniors, your community service hours are due this Friday, March 15th. This is the deadline, and documentation will not be accepted after the cutoff. Please do not place your paperwork in Ms. Bergman’s mailbox or on her desk. Please file it in your folder in room B104. Underclassmen may still collect hours until March of their senior year.
