Today was our last day of Community and Career Days. We were so excited to have Liz Campbell, Director of Chapter Development for the Atlanta Electrical Contractors Association. She led the fourth graders in a construction lab to create a 3D model of a bridge. Our students were amazing! We definitely have some future architects, engineers, and designers in this group! Thank you, Liz Campbell, for helping us learn today! We appreciate you!

Community and Career Days has been continuing this week! Second grade welcomed Ranger Kevin Mardell from the Etowah Indian Mounds along with his tortoise, Franklin Shelllano Roosevelt. The students learned a lot about park rangers and the indigenous people groups of the Mississippian period. Thank you so much to Ranger Kevin and Franklin! The students loved the cool artifacts!

It's that time again! See the flyer for details regarding this year's Pie in the Face!

What an amazing Community and Career Day for our Pre-K, Kindergarten, and First grade students! They got to have first-hand views of some awesome vehicles. This was a hands-on experience, and we all learned so much. We had an amazing crew who took the time to share great information with our students.
