Congratulations to our Teacher of the Week, Mrs. Bergman.
Mrs. Bergman works diligently to ensure her students are learning at high levels. She is passionate about the teaching pathway and always takes an opportunity to allow her students to work with our Pre-K program. Great Work!


Reminder: come to Woodland's Financial Aid night TOMORROW, September 29th from 6 pm - 7 pm in the Media Center.

Our teacher of the Week is Ms. Fuller! Ms. Fuller teaches Algebra 1 and she ensures that students are actively engaged in learning. Her students know that every minute in her class is important, and they appreciate her structure and energy.

Our Teacher of the Week is Ms. Dorothy Reavis. Ms. Reavis guarantees learning for all by simultaneously focusing on advanced art instruction as well as beginning artists. Her students thrive as a result of her trust and commitment to them.

Mr. Yarbough and Mr. Forbes classes went to the football field and were graphing speed and acceleration through intervals of runners. The students were engaged and working diligently. Way to Go Physical Science!

WHS is thrilled to announce that our Teacher of the Year for 202-23 is Ms. Kelly Hunter. Ms. Hunter is a master teacher who has dedicated 22 years to the students of Woodland. A Teacher of Distinction in two subjects, Ms. Hunter helps ANY child who needs support in learning


Over 40 Wildcat seniors attended the PROBE College Fair on Wednesday. They new red about financial aid and got to meet 1:1 with representatives from over 35 colleges and universities.

Our August Teacher of the Month is Ms. Shavonne Turner! Ms. Turner teaches math and is getting our 9th graders off to a great start in an important class.
Ms. Turner has helped lead the Algebra 1 collab team towards improved result for ALL We are proud of you, Ms. Turner!


Mrs. Reavis has her students creating some amazing art. It doesn't matter the talent level or artistic ability, she has her students engaged and actively creating masterpieces. Just look at the passion, time, and energy spent on making these pieces come to life. Great Job to Mrs. Reavis and all our wonderful Art students.
