It's Book Fair Week!
The book fair will be open during the school day for your child to shop. Due to being on green status, parents/visitors may come and shop with their child during the day.
Don't Forget!
The Book Fair will be open until 5:45 on Tuesday, Oct. 26th. All other days it will close at 3:30.
Grandparent's Day at the Book Fair is Wednesday, Oct. 27th from 9 am - 12 pm.
We will close the fair at 11 am on Friday, Oct. 29th.
No parent/visitor shopping on that day due to the Character Parade.

Picture Retake Day is Wednesday, Oct. 20th.
Students who were absent or are new to WES, will have their pictures taken for the school yearbook on retake day.
If your child had their photo taken on picture day and you want it retaken, there will be a $5 retake fee that will be collected on Wednesday.
If you received photos and want them reprinted with the retake picture, you will need to return the photos with the $5 retake fee.
Proofs from picture day are still online. When logging into the site use the student id# to view/order.

Normally the North Georgia State Fair delivers a brochure with a Student’s School Special for free admission and rides to the individual schools. However, due to increased security measures the fair is handling the brochure distribution differently this year. Attached is a digital version of the same brochure that includes the free admission and ride ticket.

Fundraiser Time! Parents, be on the lookout for our WES fundraiser information.
The fundraiser will run from 9/15-9/30.
With your help, we will be raising $15,000 to fund instructional supplies and student academic and behavior incentives.
We are asking every family to participate. We will reach our goal when each student registers and shares the fundraiser
