Our 15th Annual Pumpkin Decorating Contest will be taking place during this week, too.
Pumpkins will be accepted Monday, October 25 through 10am on Thursday, October 29! If you wish to participate, please deliver your pumpkin entry to the media center.
The Emerson Police Department will judge pumpkins on Thursday afternoon.
1st/2nd/3rd place & Honorable Mention will be named. Judges strongly prefer student-made pumpkins (not parent-made).
Important Details:- NO CARVED PUMPKINS will be allowed.
- All sizes of pumpkins are allowed.
- A card with the name of the student & teacher should be with each pumpkin entry (cards & markers will be available in the media center).
- Pumpkins will need to be taken home on Thursday or Friday. All pumpkins left at school will be discarded at the end of the day Friday. Note: No pumpkins are allowed on the school bus.
Hint: Great ideas use storybook or movie characters as inspiration for good pumpkins! Use your imagination!
