Project Porsche

We are thrilled to announce that BCCCA has received a generous donation of a Porsche car from Sam’s Garage. The car will be delivered to the Academy on February 11, 2025, at 9:11 a.m.

This incredible gift will provide our students with a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience by working together to fix it up. As part of our Automotive/Technical program, students will be able to develop valuable skills in car maintenance, repair, and problem-solving, all while working

as a team.

A huge thank you to Mike from Porsche, Bruce at Savoy, Joshua Johnson from Lake Point, Sam at Sam’s Garage and Dr. Lance Berry- Georgia Nonpublic Postsecondary Education Board of Commissioners, CTAE Director- Lisa Diprima, Automotive Instructor- Aaron Almaguer, Jennifer Stratton and Tamika Brundidge from Chattahoochee Technical College, for supporting our students' growth and learning!

The Chattahoochee Technical College dual enrollment film class with Instructor Mike Beavers will be documenting and posting videos as this project proceeds. We can’t wait to see the progress they make on this project. Mr. Jonathan Wallin’s engineering class will be fabricating the parts for this process.

Thank you to everyone for helping make this possible.
