Congratulations to the following students who represented The Academy at the countywide Young Georgia Authors Writing Competition. Eleventh-grader, Ava Alston's poem, "Toy Guns-Real Bullets" and tenth-grader, Keira Woodside's poem, "Wax Wings" were grade-level winners. Tenth-grader, Rylee Brockwell's poem "The Hunter Becoming the Hunted" was runner up. Grade level winners will move on to the region competition this Spring.
