On Memorial Day, let us remember and honor all who served and sacrificed for our freedom!

Congratulations to Mrs. Tracy Wyche. Tracy is one of Ms. Dot's Stars for Bartow County! Tracy always goes above and beyond in ALL that she does for our school and we can't think of a more deserving individual for this award.

CAR RIDER PARENTS:
Please be sure your car rider tag is visible in the front window when picking up students. Starting Monday, August 8th, if you do not have a tag you will need to park and come inside the school for an identification check. If you need a tag, you may pick one up from the front office anytime during school hours.

DO YOU HAVE A CHANGE OF TRANSPORTATION FOR A STUDENT?
A note from a parent/guardian (signed and dated with the date or dates of the change), is required for any change to be made. This includes one day changes of transportation (i.e. bus rider to car rider, car rider to bus rider, or for the after school program. We can not accept Dojo messages or texts for any transportation change.

This spring our Kindergarten teachers were instrumental in creating a butterfly garden for everyone at Allatoona to enjoy. We are so excited to have this special garden. The garden is in memory of Pat Couey, the beloved lunch room manager, who served Bartow County for 30+ years. While those younger on staff may not remember Pat's love of travel along with her garden expertise, may we all aspire to love our students as much as she did.

Woodland men's basketball skills camp is a fun and active camp teaching and refining basketball basics.

Please visit the Bartow County Library to see the wonderful artwork by our talented Allatoona students. Art will be displayed through Friday March 18th.

WE HAVE A WINNER: The Bartow County School System Teacher of the Year is Michael Kobito, Woodland High School teacher and band director!
