Prom tickets are on sale NOW for all Juniors & Seniors! See detailed ticket information below. Ticket prices will increase on March 5 and again on April 5. Ticket sales will end on Tuesday, April 23rd. NO TICKETS WILL BE SOLD AT THE DOOR. Online Ticket Sales -AHS Juniors & Seniors: use your student ID number as your access code to purchase tickets online for you and your date. -Online tickets bought in February are $50 each (convenience fee will be added). -Tickets purchased online will be emailed to the email address you provide during the online purchase. -At the door, each person will present the ticket with their name on it OR a photo ID/PowerSchool to verify their ticket purchase with the list. Outside guests must present a photo ID. Outside Guests -If your date is not currently enrolled at Adairsville HS, they are considered an outside guest. -Approval forms may be picked up outside Mrs. Turner’s classroom (Math Hallway Room 300) and must be returned to Mrs. Turner no later than Wednesday, April 16th. -The AHS Junior/Senior will be notified via Schoology message of approval or denial for their outside guest and should wait until receiving this notification to purchase tickets. -Approved guests must present a photo ID along with their ticket at the door.

All AHS Families, Due to Governor Brian Kemp's state of emergency declaration and the potential for inclement weather, the Bartow County School System has decided to cancel school and extracurricular activities on Tuesday, January 21, 2025. Congratulations!!!!! Senior Avery Black was awarded the American Legion Scholorship on Monday during their Veterans Day ceremony. This scholarship was awarded to a student of a veteran. Avery's dad serves in the Coast Guard.

Join the AHS Reading Initiative! Beanstack is an app that lets students log all of their reading to win prizes and contests against their peers. Students can log not only books, but audiobooks, news articles and blogs, plus anything they read with their classes. The focus is to get our students reading and for them to realize they are reading more than they think! We will have monthly challenges to inspire reading with incentives. Students can download the app, or they can simply use the app on Classlink on their student computers. It's easy to use and easy to participate in challenges. See Dr. Lena Adams with any questions.
