Verification of Former Employment may be submitted by the following methods:
Verification forms provided by a third party may be submitted via e-mail. Please email the appropriate documents to: bcss.verifications@bartow.k12.ga.us . NO PICTURE OF VERIFICATION FORMS WILL BE COMPLETED. If providing a form that is not completed electronically please send a PDF, WORD, or EXCEL form.
In the ABSENCE of a form provided by the agency requesting the information, the Bartow County School System Release of Verification of Employment and /or Salary Information Form (below) can be completed to request employment verification. Most systems/employers provide their own Verification of Employment Form. Please confirm with your new employer before utilizing the form below. Release of Verification of Employment
Note: Forms without your personal information (i.e. name, SSN, signature, etc.) will not be completed.
Request for employee information over the phone will NOT be granted.
DO NOT FAX VERIFICATION REQUESTS. NO PICTURE OF VERIFICATION FORMS WILL BE COMPLETED. See information noted on 1.
Most requests will be returned to the requester within 3-5 business days.
Due to the high number of employment verification requests during the summer hiring season, requests will take longer than usual to process.
