ESS (Employee Self Service) - ESS - Employee Self Service

Employees can utilize the ESS system to:

Request changes to personnel information relating to payroll (direct deposit and tax elections)
Request a name or address change
View and print pay vouchers and past W-2 forms
View and print employee leave history
Review monthly benefit deductions

Employee Leave Information:

Sick/Personal:
Sick leave is earned at a rate of 1.25 days per contract month; with permission, 3 of these days may be used as personal leave.

Annual:
Twelve month (236 day employees) earn 10 vacation days per year.

Jury Duty:
Paid leave that does not count toward sick/personal leave; jury duty pay may be kept by employees.

Retirement Plans:

The district's retirement plans are provided through the state-managed Teachers Retirement System or Public School Employees Retirement System. Eligible employees are required to participate in one of the programs, and in addition, may choose to participate voluntarily in tax deterred plans through the below list of approved vendors.
